General description
For MTB experts only
A 4-day itinerary in close contact with nature, with alternatives for extreme sportspeople and families curious to try the convenience of e-bikes between huts and alpine pastures. Overnight stays will be on the top of Monte Maniva: from here, even without a bike, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the surrounding valley.
The difficulty varies with the choice of routes: for the first and the last day some alternatives are proposed. The paths include a mix of dirt and asphalt and pass through interesting places to stop: dairies, stores selling typical products, alpine lakes and trenches of the Great War.
Terrain: dirt tracks and asphalt roads

Day 3
Route description
Breakfast and departure by bike to discover the views and villages of Valle Trompia!
The first step will be a circular ring of 50 km with a considerable positive difference in altitude (2400m) given by 3 ascents and 2 descents. The itinerary starts from Maniva (Dosso Alto) in the direction of the Sette Crocette pass. Up there you can enjoy a 360° view thanks to the 2000 m altitude reached. Later on, you will proceed for a long dirt descent to Bovegno, along path F4. The next stop is Irma, one of the smallest villages in Italy. Another descent towards the bottom of the valley takes you to the way back before facing the last climb to Maniva.
The steep slopes, sometimes with a dirt track, and the 30 km single-track make the route suitable for experienced and trained cyclists only.
