Day 1
Route description
The two-day tour is suitable for trained enthusiasts or e-bikers; a good level of technical skills is enough. The first day consists of the tour of Corna Blacca. At first, you’ll climb along the asphalt road to Passo Baremone and, bypassing it through Berga, you’ll reach Passo Dosso Alto. At this point, you’ll deviate into the ridge section of the route, along a fantastic single-track ascent and descent, crossing Corna Blacca and reaching Pezzeda and Dosso Falcone. The route then starts descending into the territories of Pertiche, passing briefly through Pian del Bene, Avenone and Forno d’Ono. The descent continues on asphalt roads reaching Vestone. At this point, from the main road, you’ll ride until Lavenone for the end of this first stage.
20% unpaved roads, 30% single track, 50% asphalt. -
Day 2
Route description
The second day begins with the climb in the direction of Mount Manos, passing through Treviso Bresciano and Passo Cavallino della Fobbia. After bypassing Manos’ peak, you’ll descend to Capovalle, where the road starts going up to Mount Stino through 4km of challenging slopes. From Stino, you’ll follow the single track path until Mandoal, the only technical segment of the whole day: it’s not too difficult, good riding skills are enough. The descent continues on a long trail along the old mule track of Capovalle, then on asphalt, and after, along an unpaved irregular path lakeside in the direction of Vantone. The route leads you back to the starting point to finish the tour. Suitable for all types of MTB, but electric bikes are recommended.
40% unpaved road, 10% single track, 50% asphalt.
