05 - BRESCIA / COSTE

This circuit route starts from Brescia and takes place mostly in Vallesabbia.
Leaving the city, you’ll tackle the first kilometres on level ground until Villanuova sul Clisi.
You’ll then get into Valsabbia climbing on a slight slope until Sabbio Chiese. At this point, after the village, you’ll ride on the “strada del bosco” (the road in the woods), a short secondary uphill path leading to Odolo.
Once at the industrial area, the climb of the Coste starts: it’s always frequented by enthusiasts and competitors coming from Brescia for their training. The climb is 6km long and arrives to Colle di Sant’Eusebio. The return to Brescia is all on a downhill, passing through Caino and Nave.
This route with few meters of descent is suitable for well-trained enthusiasts.
