General description
A bike path that follows the Curstense craft brewery from Franciacorta to the Upper Valley!
Depart from and return to Collebeato for this 4-day itinerary to discover the goodness of the territory and its excellent craft beers. The journey takes place between the Franciacorta Cycle Route and the Greenway of the Resilient Valleys, which crosses Valle Trompia from North to South along the river Mella.
This is an itinerary suitable for everyone, entirely on cycle paths. The 4 days of experience cover about 160 km overall, with ascents that never exceed 500 meters per day. The proximity of Collebeato with Brescia (just 16 km) suggests to passing also through the city, to discover its Roman archaeological area and the historic Piazza Loggia.

Day 3
Route description
Breakfast and departure towards the Miniera di Sant'Aloisio (St. Aloisio’s mine) in Collio. Here, in addition to the classic guided tour, is offered an adventure itinerary: a journey inside the imposing surface structures of the old mine, which adventurously follows the route of iron ore, through Tibetan bridges, ropes, walkways and ladders.
Inside the mine is also refined the "Malmostosa" beer!
NB: for this section there is no bike path; for those who want to avoid cycling on the road, it is possible to transfer by public transport (runs every half an hour).
13 km 180 m D+
In the possible free time in Bovegno we propose a short walk starting from the Mella Park, with passage over the Roman bridge to the hamlet of Ludizzo, where you will find another "Medieval Tower".
For the more greedy we suggest a detour to one of the small local farms where you can make a pleasant stop with tasting.Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

If you have enough time, we suggest a visit to Brescia: from Collebeato the city is really close (16 km flat along a bike path). You can reach the city centre with the metro where bike transport is free.
In Brescia we suggest a visit to the Roman archaeological area (Forum, Theatre, Capitoline Temple), Piazza Loggia, Duomo Vechio/Duomo Nuovo. It is also possible to organize guided tours to the city museums.
