The Tavern is located in Cimmo, a hamlet just 5 minutes away from Tavernole on the river Mella. The inn is set on a picturesque mountain slope, the location guarantees a brightness that is certainly not common. Located at the foot of Monte Guglielmo, in a dense network of trails, offers the occasion to try several walks, suitable to all categories of “walkers”; In fact it is possible to start on foot directly from the inn and reach various trails easily. It’s possible to reach the peak of Monte Guglielmo following the paths that start from Caregno or in those that pass through Pontogna. Otherwise you can opt for less demanding walks in the surroundings of Cimmo, very suitable for families that would like to rediscover enjoyment of the mountain.
We offer to our guests a traditional and seasonal cuisine; our first goal is to sample the goodness and the quality of homegrown products. We are ready to take up the challenge and to satisfy even the most demanding palate with a tailor-made menu. Our specialities are special occasions and recurrences: here you will find the right climate for every event. All our pizzas are made with carefully chosen ingredients after several experimentations; we chose the path of quality because we firmly believe that a great pizza is the result of good ingredients. The delicate kneading with sourdough (without the use of yeast), the long, natural leavening for about 80 hours with the combination of high-quality flour and whole grain, gives our pizza its strong point: lightness, high digestibility, fragrance and crunchiness.
